At a Glance
Website information is used to respond to projects and operate the connected systems.
JSW receives the details you choose to submit, plus limited technical and campaign context created as the website and forms operate. JSW uses that information to review project inquiries, prepare for follow-up, maintain related business records, secure and improve the website, and understand marketing performance where measurement tools are enabled.
Submitting a quote form asks JSW to contact you about that inquiry by phone or email. It does not automatically enroll you in recurring promotional texts or automated marketing calls.
Information collected
Information you submit
Quote, contact, and project-planning forms may request your name, phone number, email address, street address, city, state, ZIP code, project type, room or surface details, timing, financing or insurance preferences, photos or descriptions you choose to provide, and other project context.
Website, form, and campaign context
The website and connected providers may process the page URL and page name, browser or device information, IP address and request information used for delivery or security, a HubSpot browser identifier when present, referring page information, and campaign parameters such as source, medium, campaign name, or advertising click identifiers. The exact information depends on the tools enabled and your browser settings.
Service Area search
When you select Search Area, the location text you entered is sent to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim search service to find a geographic result. Do not place private project details in the map search field. Your quote form details are submitted separately through JSW's form system.
How JSW uses information
- Review, route, and respond to estimate or project inquiries.
- Confirm service area, project fit, timing, and useful next steps.
- Prepare for customer communication, scheduling, and project records.
- Operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the website, forms, CRM, and related business systems.
- Measure website or campaign performance where analytics and advertising tools are enabled.
- Comply with applicable law, enforce rights, and protect people, systems, and property.
Service providers and disclosure
JSW may make information available to providers that support website hosting, HubSpot forms and CRM, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, map tiles and geographic search, security, professional services, and ordinary business operations. Those providers process information under their own terms and configurations.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a lawful request, investigate fraud or security issues, protect rights or safety, complete a business transaction, or work with contractors and professionals who need the information for an authorized business purpose.
JSW should update this notice if its actual website, vendors, or material data practices change. This notice does not make promises that exceed the systems JSW actually controls.
Communications choices
JSW may use the phone number or email address you submit to follow up about the project you requested. You can ask JSW to stop nonessential follow-up by using the contact information below.
If JSW later offers recurring promotional texts, prerecorded calls, or other automated marketing communications, that program should use a separate, clear consent process where required. A general project-inquiry form is not treated as that separate marketing enrollment.
Retention, minimization, and security
JSW practice. JSW aims to request information that is useful for the inquiry, retain it only as reasonably needed for customer communication, business records, security, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations, and limit access to people and providers with a legitimate need.
Security limitation. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards should be used, but no internet transmission, provider, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid submitting Social Security numbers, payment-card details, account passwords, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a project form.
Maryland rights and legal scope
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, MODPA, took effect October 1, 2025. It applies only when statutory coverage requirements are met, including the data-volume or data-sale thresholds described by the Maryland Attorney General. This notice does not state that JSW meets those thresholds.
Where MODPA or another privacy law applies, JSW will evaluate a properly submitted request under that law. Even when a statutory right does not apply, JSW may voluntarily assist with a reasonable request when it can verify the requester and locate the relevant records.
For covered Maryland consumers, MODPA may provide rights involving knowledge or access, correction, deletion, limitation, equal treatment, and opt-out choices, subject to the law's exceptions and procedures. The Maryland Attorney General states that MODPA generally covers controllers that processed personal data of at least 35,000 Maryland consumers in the prior year, or at least 10,000 Maryland consumers while deriving more than 20 percent of gross revenue from personal-data sales.
